She is outside!

Meet Aria the regal Mystic of wind. All wind, from the light breeze in the branches a early day in spring, to the powerful storms ripping the leaves of the trees in autumn follow under her command. Aria can be a sweet beath of warm air on your neck in summer, or a wild tornado threatening to rip everything from the ground and make it fly. Aria is neither good nor bad, she is what she is, she is wind, she us unstoppable, she is Aria.

SPECIES INFO:
Mystics are elemental beasts, eternal and powerful, roaming the lands and seas, sky and time. They are spirits nor dead or alive, traveling the etheral plains all around us. Mystics can not be seen by human eves, but you can sure feel their presence in the weather and nature. They came here when the world was born and will stay until its end, far beyond the last humans are gone. Mystics know everthing, see everything, have seen everything, are a part of everything, connected to the bigger whole. They are not good beings, neither are they bad, they just are in a way us humans will never be able to comprehend, but then what would the world be without some mystery?

Aria took me fooooooreeeever!!!! Not only the paintwork but the fur as well, nothing on her is dyed, Ive cut out every piece and design of her body. Im also gonna answer a question here that Ive got some times now; Do I have patterns for my horses that I can give/sell to you? Unfortunately I dont, I never make patterns - every single doll of mine are made anew every time, that way they all are original and none will ever be exactly the same as another. ^^ (And truth be told I cant make patterns!!! I SUCK at it! Plus planning stuff is boooring, its much more fun to just make them as I go and hope for the best. I am a dummy!

Ive had a really not-fun-at-all-blergh-experience during this process though, namely the Angelina film (fins), I LOATH this stuff soooooo much! Hahaha I think I remade the fins around 20 times because I couldnt make them look good, I either smoked the film so it got black OR simply burn the whole thing to a black pile of smoking goo.

So if anyone out there is a pro at this awful stuff please tell me your secret, cause this was pure hell to use and it will probably take veeeeeery long until I use it agian. I think I've fainted.

Aria is completely posable and able to stand both on her hindlegs and on her front feet (with help from her tail). Head and feet are casted for durability, painted with small brushes and sealed. Eyes are glossy. Her body is made of soft high quality faux fur that Ive trimmed in different lenghts, every color is cut and asembled by hand, nothing is dyed. Fins are angelina film that also can be "posed".

She took forever but Im really happy with how she turned out, and really proud of how I designed her colors, I find it super daunting and hard to work with color so yeah, happiness! :D (Big Grin)
